Your details, any photo and motivation are stored privately for authorized Managers to review your committee application. Applications and committee member records are kept indefinitely, including after the Jubilee, under the continuing stewardship of the administrator. Your name and photo require separate publication permission; contact details and motivations remain private. Use the website contact route to request correction or deletion. Verified deletion hides the record immediately; it remains privately recoverable for 30 days, then is removed from the live database with eligible photos. Retained backups expire on their normal schedule; deletion requests must be reconciled before restored records can be republished.
